APEX limits ourselves to a select number of projects per year in-order to maintain the attention to detail we are known for. Our work includes client new builds, major remodels, speculative projects, and development projects that we invest in.
Owner/ General Contractor/Licensed Real Estate Professional
Mitch is the visionary of the business, and truly has his hands in everything; working closely with both our clients and team members to ensure the homebuilding journey is seamless. He works intimately with all our clients and investors, overseeing all moving parts of our 6-step process from financing through to the homeowners thriving in their new home.
Controller
Carrie oversees all of our accounting operations. She is responsible for all accounting records and maintenance. She maintains all accounts payable and receivable, as well as submitting all construction draws and paying sub-contractors for the work performed.
Operations Manager
Tricia is responsible for ALL the everyday operations of our business. She manages all our processes and supports with estimating and budgeting. She is your first point of contact for project inquiry, she helps manage scheduling, and our project management software program for clients and subs. Tricia is the glue that holds us together.
Design and Selections
Marcella is responsible for guiding our clients through their selection choices and design details. She also creates all the look-books, does the styling, and makes the selections for our speculative builds. Finding ways to make a home cohesive, functional, and inspiring is what she strives for.
